Education and work experience

2008-2012, B.S.A, Plant Protection,  Northwest A&F University
2012-2019, Ph.D., Zoology, Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences
2019-Now Post-docs., Zoology, Peking University

Research Interests

My research is focused on spiders. Arachnids have a high level of diversity and complex morphology, they are ideal organisms to study evolution, such as biogeography and adaptation.

Current research projects

CRISPR/Cas9 system and chromosome-level genome allow us to study the mechanism underlying adaptive evolution in the Toxeus maxillosus and to infer their evolutionary history.
