研究方向与兴趣

昆虫对环境的适应机制非常的丰富,在群体水平有很多不同的表型,是非常好的研究昆虫适应性进化的模型,我们的兴趣在于揭示贝氏拟态在昆虫的适应性进化过程中的重要作用。

现在的研究项目

围绕翠袖锯眼蝶的拟态及其雌雄二型性,进行基因组测序和组装,采集世界范围不同地理种群进行全基因组测序。通过表型与基因型的关联性分析、基因表达分析,群体和比较基因组学以及基因编辑技术,鉴定拟态相关基因、揭示不同拟态群体遗传结构,为生物的适应性演化提供理论基础。
